My story

After completing the undergraduate study of Biotechnology and drug research in Rijeka, I moved to Zagreb, where in 2020 I completed the graduate study of Nutrition at the Faculty of Food and Biotechnology in Zagreb.

Food and nutrition have always been my hobby and I always liked to cook and try different dishes that I would try to modify over time to make them nutritionally better and of better quality.

During the last year of my studies, I started my own business - a small, artisan sourdough bakery in Rijeka, which is still operating successfully.

Ecipeci bakehouse was my first independent business venture and a project of which I am extremely proud. In addition to my studies and new job, I also worked with clients through various nutritional consultations and collaborations.

Nutri Point

By opening the Nutri Point Center for Nutrition, my desire is to create a place where everyone will find something for themselves. From help, individual consultations and advice to recipes and news from the world of nutrition. I try to bring the waist closer to everyone so that we can all increase awareness of proper nutrition and a healthier lifestyle.

For me, health is much more than nutrition - it is a whole way of life that requires a holistic approach. That's why I will try to provide you with tips and tricks and support you in maintaining balance in all aspects of life, from physical activity to emotional well-being.

Join me at Nutri Point and let's start the journey together towards a better feeling, greater self-confidence and fullness of life! My goal is to inspire you to become the best version of yourself, and when you have support, a healthy lifestyle has never been easier (and more fun) than it is now.

ecipeci bakehouse

Ecipeci bakehouse was created in 2020 out of love and passion for healthy food.

When I noticed that there was a lack of quality options on the market
bakery products, I decided to go in search of the perfect bread myself - the way it used to be: healthy, tasty and made from carefully selected ingredients.

What started as a personal need grew into a desire to share this passion with others.

I moved Ecipeci bakehouse from my own kitchen to a small production facility that still produces healthy, delicious sourdough bread today.

Koristimo samo prirodne sastojke i tradicionalne metode kako bismo stvorili proizvode koji su prije svega ukusni, ali i hranjivi te nutritivno puno kvalitetniji od “klasičnih” pekarskih proizvoda koji se u Hrvatskoj uglavnom nalaze na policama dućana.
